All free gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

No problem! You are welcome to exchange your shirt or return it for store credit. You can process a gift exchange without the gift giver knowing!

Once you process your return or exchange, you will be prompted to print a return shipping label or offered a QR code for USPS.

Refunds will be process when the order is received by our Returns Team. Please allow up to 14 days for the Returns team to process your refund.

Exchange orders are released when USPS scans in the return label for the shirt you are sending back. For returns over $500 exchange orders are released once the return is processed by our team.

If you have placed an additional order with your exchange, that will also ship when your return is shipped back to us. Exchange orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order confirmation and you will receive an email with tracking when it is on the way to you.

It is important that returns requested through our website are shipped back with the corresponding return label for that order.

Combining returns from multiple orders into one package will result in delays in your exchanges or refund and could be returned to you by USPS for postage due. If multiple orders were returned in one package, your exchange will ship after our Returns Team manually processes the return.

We only accept returns/exchanges from online purchases through the Poncho website.

If you purchased from a retailer that carries Poncho and your shirt has an issue or you would like to exchange it for a new size, you need to return it to the original point of purchase and abide by the shop's individual return/exchange policy.

Once you receive an email with your tracking information, it is generally too late to change the order.

If the shirt you ordered is a "pre-order" then it will ship to you by the date noted on the website and your order confirmation email.

Free Shipping:

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, and orders placed on Friday may begin processing the following Monday.

All estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been processed and shipped.

FedEx Expedited 2 Day and Overnight:

Packages only travel on business days. There are no weekend delivery options for FedEx Expedited.

For example, if your order is placed on Friday by 2pm CT with Overnight shipping, it will be delivered Monday. If it placed on Friday by 2pm CT with 2 Day shipping, it will be delivered Tuesday. Any orders placed after 2pm CT will ship the next business day.

We offer free standard shipping (4-8 Business Days) on all orders. USPS 1-4 Day Priority and Express shipping via FedEx are available for an additional charge.

FedEx can only deliver to a physical address, please do not request expedited shipping for addresses with a PO Box. This will result in a delay or returned shipment.

We currently only ship to Canada for a shipping fee of $25 US dollars & local GST may apply.

Shoppers may select free items to be included with their order if they purchase a certain number of shirts (not including t-shirts). The number of shirts required to unlock free gifts is specified during the checkout process. Available gifts are revealed to the shopper at checkout.

Wholesale and bulk orders are not eligible to unlock free gifts.

Our shirts fit true to size and are not baggy (like your old fishing shirts!)

Regular Fit: Cut in a relaxed fit with more room through the body of the shirt. Works best for guys with a larger chest and/or mid-section.

Slim Fit: Works best for leaner builds. Trimmer around the chest, waist and arms.

Best practice is to wash in cold water and either hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. The shirt is extremely fast drying and will dry on its own.

No ironing needed - any wrinkles will fall out within minutes of wear. We do not recommend dry cleaning as it can cause damage to your shirt.

Ironing is not necessary. Best practice is to wash on gentle in cold water and hang to dry or tumble dry on low. Any wrinkles from the washer will fall out within a few minutes of wear.

You may iron the shirt if you choose, but only on low heat! We do no recommend Dry Cleaning! It will melt the collar snaps and can cause the magnets to become ineffective.

Poncho does not offer any kind of embroidery or customization service at this time. We are happy to ship to the embroiderer of your choice!

Poncho E-Gift Cards are available in denominations of $50, $75, $100, $150, $200 and $500 -they never expire!

Simply purchase the amount you would like and the gift card will be emailed to you. You can then print it out or forward the email on to the recipient.

Poncho is an outdoor apparel brand based in Austin, TX. We build functional clothing that has everything you need, and none of the stuff you don't.

We do not currently have brick and mortar stores.
