Eligibility:

The Natty Back Guarantee promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Each customer may participate in this promotion by purchasing Eligible Products during the Promotion Period, subject to the reward limitations described in these Terms & Conditions. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to participate:

  1. Purchase any eligible shirt from the Natty Back Guarantee Collection at ponchooutdoors.com during the Promotion Period (beginning August 2nd, 2026 and ending August 16th, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT).
  2. Eligible Products: Eligible Products are shirts included in the Natty Back Guarantee Collection that feature the embroidered logo of one of the participating college football teams. Each Eligible Product is associated with a single Participating Team, determined by the embroidered logo on that product at the time of purchase. The participating team associated with an Eligible Product is final upon purchase and cannot be changed, except if a customer exchanges an Eligible Product for a different Eligible Product before end of the Promotion Period. The Participating Team will become that of the new product. The Participating Teams and corresponding Eligible Products are listed below:

  3. Reward Limit: Each customer may redeem one (1) reward for each Eligible Product purchased for a Participating Team during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of five (5) rewards per Participating Team.
  4. Purchases Beyond the Limit: If a customer purchases more than five (5) Eligible Products associated with the same Participating Team (across one or multiple orders), only the first five (5) completed qualifying purchases for that team, in the order the purchases were made, will be eligible for a reward. All additional purchases for that same team are excluded from the promotion.

Reward Qualification:

Customers will be eligible for a reward under the Natty Back Guarantee promotion if the college football team selected through their qualifying shirt purchase wins the College Football Playoff (CFP) National Championship game scheduled for January 25th, 2027.

To qualify for a reward:

  1. The customer must have purchased an eligible product from the Natty Back Guarantee Collection on the Poncho website during the promotion period which ends August 16th, 2026, with the team selection determined by the embroidered logo on the shirt purchased (as outlined in the How to Participate section).
  2. A maximum of five (5) qualifying products per customer for each Participating Team are eligible for a reward, regardless of the number of qualifying purchases made beyond five (5).
  3. Only purchases made directly through ponchooutdoors.com with a valid order number are eligible. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces do not qualify. Retail orders do not qualify for the Natty Back Guarantee. The original purchaser of the shirt is eligible for the reward only.
  4. If a qualifying shirt is returned or refunded, it will no longer be eligible for the Natty Back Guarantee. Only completed purchases that are not refunded will be considered for a reward. Exchanges in size or for another Natty Back qualifying shirt will still qualify for a reward if the exchange is initiated during the promotional period (i.e., before August 16th, 2026).
  5. All participants will be sent an email the week of December 7th, 2026 at the email address associated with their order, containing a link to the Natty Back Guarantee redemption page on the Poncho Outdoors website. A reward redemption form will be made available on that page following the CFP National Championship game on January 25th, 2027. Customers whose Participating Team wins the CFP National Championship must complete and submit the redemption form to claim their reward. All reward claims must be submitted by February 7, 2027. 
  6. Customers are responsible for retaining their order confirmation and any promotional communications related to the Natty Back Guarantee. Poncho Outdoors is not responsible for missed, blocked, deleted, delayed, or misdirected emails or other communications resulting from spam filters, email service providers, incorrect contact information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside of Poncho Outdoors' reasonable control.

Reward details:

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined above and whose selected team wins the 2026-2027 College Football Playoff National Championship will be eligible to claim a reward for each eligible shirt, up to a maximum of five (5) shirts per Participating Team. All participants will receive an email the week of December 7th, 2026 containing a link to the Natty Back Guarantee redemption page on the Poncho Outdoors website. A reward redemption form will be made available on that page following the CFP National Championship game scheduled for January 25th, 2027, where eligible customers can select and submit their reward. All reward claims must be submitted by February 7, 2027.

Customers may choose one of the following reward options:

  1. A refund of the purchase price to the original payment method (or another method selected by Poncho if the original payment method is unavailable) for each eligible shirt (excluding shipping, taxes, or any other fees). Approved refunds will be issued within sixty (60) days after the reward claim is processed.
  2. $125 in Poncho Outdoors store credit per eligible shirt (up to a maximum of $625 for five (5) eligible shirts), sent via email.
  3. A donation equal to the amount of each original purchase (excluding taxes and shipping) to a wildlife conservation organization in the home state of the winning team.

If the donation option is selected, that amount will be donated to one of the following nonprofit organizations, depending on the state associated with the winning team:

All rewards must be claimed by February 7th, 2027. Rewards may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash (except where the refund option is selected). Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to determine the final fulfillment method for each reward option.

General Conditions:

Poncho Outdoors is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete reward claims, including but not limited to those resulting from technical failures, email delivery issues, or user error. Fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible claims will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Poncho Outdoors. Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to deny reward claims, disqualify participants, or void purchases associated with this promotion if, in its reasonable discretion, it determines that a participant has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, or any activity intended to circumvent these Terms & Conditions or interfere with the fair operation, the integrity, or the proper functioning of the promotion. All decisions made by Poncho Outdoors regarding eligibility, team selection, refund fulfillment, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions are final and binding, acting reasonably and in accordance with these terms. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to:
a) Abide by these Terms & Conditions,
b) Receive promotional communications from Poncho Outdoors (opt-out available), and
c) Release Poncho Outdoors from any liability arising from participation in the promotion.

Limitation of Liability:

By participating in the Natty Back Guarantee promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Poncho Outdoors, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:
Participation in the promotion,
Selection of a team or team outcome,
Any technical malfunctions or failures related to website functionality, email delivery, or order processing,
Reward eligibility or fulfillment, and
Any typographical, human, or system errors that may occur in the administration of the promotion.

Poncho Outdoors makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the promotion, reward options, or reward fulfillment process. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Poncho Outdoors’ control (including but not limited to event cancellation, acts of God, war, public health crises, or changes to the official College Football Playoff schedule), Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice or liability.

Privacy:

All personal information collected in connection with the Natty Back Guarantee promotion will be handled in accordance with the Poncho Outdoors Privacy Policy. By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering the promotion and communicating about refund eligibility. Participants may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in any Poncho Outdoors email communication. To manage your privacy preferences, including opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information, please visit the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link found at the bottom of our website.

Disclaimer of Affiliation and Endorsement:

The Natty Back Guarantee promotion is offered solely by Poncho Outdoors and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the College Football Playoff (CFP), the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), or any of the colleges, universities, athletic conferences, or their respective athletic programs referenced in this promotion (collectively, the "Referenced Organizations"). All team names, logos, marks, and other identifiers are the property of their respective owners and are used by Poncho Outdoors under applicable license or as otherwise permitted by law. Any reference to a team, university, or the College Football Playoff is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. The Referenced Organizations have no responsibility or liability of any kind in connection with this promotion.

Governing Law and Disputes:

These Terms & Conditions and the Natty Back Guarantee promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this promotion or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The parties waive any right to a jury trial and agree that all claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. If arbitration is found unenforceable, the exclusive venue for any action shall be the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and each party consents to that jurisdiction.

Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
