Eligibility

The Natty Back Guarantee promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

How to participate:

1. Purchase any shirt from the Natty Back Guarantee Collection at ponchooutdoors.com during the promotion period (ending September 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT).
2. The shirts eligible must feature the embroidered logo of the college football team the customer is selecting for the promotion. The team selected by the customer is determined by the product purchased and its associated team. This team selection is considered final and cannot be changed after purchase. Eligible shirts for the promo and corresponding teams include The Boomer (University of Oklahoma), The Bryant (University of Alabama), The Hullabaloo (Texas A&M), The Volunteer (University of Tennessee), The Bertha & The San Jacinto & The Drag (University of Texas Austin), The Dawg (University of Georgia), The Lubbock (Texas Tech), The Mike (LSU), The Rif Ram (TCU), The Waco (Baylor University). The shirts eligible for the Natty Back Guarantee Promotion are also marked with football icons in the top corner of their website photos. Solid college color shirts are not eligible for this promotion.
3. Up to 5 shirts per customer are eligible for the promotion, regardless of how many additional qualifying products are purchased. If multiple eligible shirts are included in the same order or across multiple orders, the promotion will apply to the first 5 eligible shirts. For example, if a customer purchases 10 of “The Bryant” shirts across one order or multiple orders and the University of Alabama wins the College Football National Championship game, the customer will only be eligible to receive the promotional reward for up to 5 shirts. Another example includes, if a customer purchases The Bertha and The San Jacinto and UT Austin wins the College Football National Championship game, that customer will be eligible to receive the promotional reward for all of the shirts.

Reward Qualification:

Customers will be eligible for a reward under the Natty Back Guarantee promotion if the college football team selected through their qualifying shirt purchase wins the College Football National Championship game scheduled for January 19, 2026.

To qualify for a reward:

1. The customer must have purchased an eligible product from the Natty Back Guarantee Collection on the Poncho website during the promotion period which ends October 1, with the team selection determined by the embroidered logo on the shirt purchased (as outlined in the How to Participate section).
2. Up to 5 products purchased per customer are eligible for a reward, regardless of the number of additional qualifying purchases made. Retail orders do not qualify for the Natty Back Guarantee Promotion.
3. Only purchases made directly through ponchooutdoors.com with a valid order number are eligible. Purchases made through third-party retailers or marketplaces do not qualify. Retail orders do not qualify for the Natty Back Guarantee. The original purchaser of the shirt is eligible for the reward only. If you received a shirt from the Natty Back Collection as a gift, only the original purchaser will be eligible for redemption.
4. If a qualifying shirt is returned, it will no longer be eligible for the Natty Back Guarantee. Only completed purchases that are not refunded will be considered for a reward. Exchanges in size or for another Natty Back qualifying shirt will still qualify for a reward if the exchange is initiated during the promotional period (i.e., before October 1, 2025).
5. Eligible customers can find instructions on how to claim their reward after the National Championship here. All reward claims must be submitted between January 19, 2026 and February 1, 2026.
6. Customers are responsible for saving the Natty Back Guarantee email containing the reward claim link as well as their Order Confirmation email containing the email associated with their order and the corresponding order number. Poncho Outdoors is not responsible for missed, deleted, or misdirected emails.

Reward details:

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined above and whose selected team wins the 2025–2026 College Football National Championship will be eligible to claim a refund for their qualifying purchase(s). Eligible customers who purchased a shirt during the promotion can visit this link to a web page where they can submit their information after the College Football National Championship game scheduled for January 19th, 2026. The form on the page to claim the reward will go live after the College Football National Championship game on January 19th, 2026.

All rewards must be claimed by February 1, 2026 on this page. Rewards may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged for cash (except where the refund option is selected). Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to determine final fulfillment method for each reward option.

General Conditions:
Poncho Outdoors is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries or reward claims, including but not limited to those resulting from technical failures, email delivery issues, or user error. Fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of Poncho Outdoors. Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Natty Back Guarantee promotion at any time if fraud, technical issues, or other factors compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the program.All decisions made by Poncho Outdoors regarding eligibility, team selection, reward fulfillment, and compliance with these Terms & Conditions are final and binding.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to:
a) Abide by these Terms & Conditions,
b) Receive promotional communications from Poncho Outdoors (opt-out available), and
c) Release Poncho Outdoors from any liability arising from participation in the promotion.

Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Natty Back Guarantee promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Poncho Outdoors, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to:

Participation in the promotion,

Selection of a team or team outcome,

Any technical malfunctions or failures related to website functionality, email delivery, or order processing,

Reward eligibility, selection, or fulfillment, and

Any typographical, human, or system errors that may occur in the administration of the promotion.

Poncho Outdoors makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the promotion, reward options, or reward fulfillment process. Participation is at the entrant’s own risk. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond Poncho Outdoors’ control (including but not limited to event cancellation, acts of God, war, public health crises, or changes to the official playoff schedule), Poncho Outdoors reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion without prior notice or liability.

Privacy:
All personal information collected in connection with the Natty Back Guarantee promotion will be handled in accordance with the Poncho Outdoors Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering the promotion and communicating about reward eligibility. Entrants may opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in any Poncho Outdoors email communication.
