Only the best of the best fabric mills can create our proprietary Performance Nylon. You can feel the difference in this fabric, so breathable it is cool to the touch, and so lightweight, you forget it’s even on. It begins with a twill weave of nylon and spandex that provides 4-way stretch, serious durability, and abrasion resistance. Seams are reinforced to make it even stronger, and sun protection is built-in to block 98% of UV rays.

It all started with a goal to make the toughest workwear ever. Naturally, we chose Rip Stop fabric which has a crosshatch weave to prevent punctures from turning into tears. What makes Tuff-Thread incredible is how something so strong could be this lightweight and breathable. It has a distinctly different feel than our Performance Nylon because it was engineered for extremes as well as comfort. Plus, it’s anti-microbial for odor resistance with built-in UPF 50+ sun protection.

This is denim done right. It comes with a broken-in feel out of the box, so it is soft it’s like you’ve worn it a million times.Our denim is constructed from a 99% cotton and 1% spandex blend, to provide the perfect amount of stretch for maximum mobility. It’s also breathable, which makes it ideal for casual wear. Think honky tonking, not bronc riding.

Corduroy

Poncho corduroy fabric has a signature velvety feel. Its cotton and spandex blend makes it incredibly durable while providing built-in stretch for added mobility. It has a medium weight with less breathability than performance fabric but added wind resistance. It won’t pill, but because it’s made of cotton, it will wear-in over time like a good pair of jeans. It’s got UPF 50+ sun protection inherent to the fabric to block up to 98% of harmful UV rays, making it the perfect shirt for long days in high altitude.

Poly Cotton

Found in: Hoodies and Crew Shirts

Our hoodies and crew shirts are an essential layer for long days on the water. They’re constructed from a blend of recycled poly and cotton which gives you the edge of performance fabric with the added comfort and softness of cotton. This fabric is remarkably breathable, moisture wicking, quick drying, and provides UPF sun protection to block 93% of UV rays. We use a flat-felled construction for reinforced seams. Simply put, Poly Cotton is a workhorse that will help you to stay out all day with no shade in sight.

Pima Cotton

Found in: Field Polos

Pima Cotton is the softest and most premium cotton money can buy. That’s because its fibers, or staples, are longer than average. The longer the staple, the smoother, softer, and more durable the fabric becomes. Our Pima Cotton fabric is blended with 7% spandex to add built-in stretch. This blend also has very little shrinkage and UPF 50+ sun protection.
